A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is required to return any Proteus product for service. For assistance, please send any questions to sales@proteusind.com or call (650) 964-4163 and ask for the RMA Department.

Proteus supports the Electronic Industry Code of Conduct (EICC). We apply it to our own operations and expect our vendors in the electronic industry (as defined in the EICC) to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct, which is based on the EICC.
