The 8000EMR Series flow meters were designed for use in harsh environments where high levels of electromagnetic or radio-frequency interference (EMI) are present. These EMI-resistant flow meters boast superior immunity and have been laboratory tested for an RF power of 10 V/m to 10 GHz. The robust design of these electromagnetic interference resistant flow meters indicates they can withstand up to 1181 GHz, fully meeting all aspects of the IEC 61000-4-3 industry standard for electromagnetic interference (EMI). This makes the 8000EMR Series an effective electromagnetic flow meter and a durable stainless steel flow meter for demanding applications.
